You can easily setup an automation using Zapier to remove members who cancel their subscription from your Circle community.
This Zap is not required—members won't be able to login to your community once their subscription reaches an "Expired" billing stage. This Zap is simply useful in keeping your member data within Circle updated with only members that are on an active paid subscription.
This is a fairly straightforward three step Zap.
- Trigger = Account Updated in Outseta
- Use Zapier's Filter option to only continue if Account Stage contains 5
- Action = Remove member from your Circle community

NOTE: Step two uses the account billing stage of Expired which is indicated by the numeric value of 5 rather than the Cancelling billing stage (indicated by the numeric value of 4). When an account cancels, they may still have time left in the subscription period that they've already paid for—you don't want to remove the member during this period, but you will once the members's subscription has reached Expired.
