Outseta CRM can be used to manage your prospects' progress through your customer acquisition process. To begin using this feature, you must first customize your sales pipeline stages to mirror the stages of your customer acquisition process.
1. Click CRM > DEALS.
2. Enter a name for your pipeline. In this example, I've named my pipeline "Sales Tracking Pipeline."
3. Enter a "Stage Name" for the first stage in your customer acquisition process. Click + ADD STAGE for each subsequent stage in your customer acquisition process, then click SAVE.
