Outseta's Webflow App allows you to create support tickets in Outseta's help desk—these incoming customer service requests end up in a shared support inbox, where they can then be assigned, tracked, and responded to by your team.

 

 

You have two options in terms of integrating support ticket forms with your website.

Insert form embed—Allows you to insert Outseta's support ticket embed form as a pop-up or by embedding the form directly on a page.

Map to a Webflow form—This option allows you to use a native Webflow form to create a support ticket.

  • You must include the following fields in order for a ticket to be created:
    • Email
    • Subject
    • Body
  • You must add the Webflow form to the page and publish you site in order for the extension to recognize the Webflow form.
  • If you have setup reCaptcha in Outseta, you must also add Webflow's reCaptcha element to your Webflow form.
