Outseta allows you to save templated responses to common support questions. This saves time and helps you respond to support tickets faster by not needing to type answers to questions that you've fielded before.
1. Click HELP DESK > SETTINGS from the left sidebar.
2. Click SAVED REPLIES at the top of the screen and ADD A SAVED REPLY to create a new saved reply.
3. Name your saved reply something short and descriptive, then write the body of your response. When you're finished, click ADD.
4. To select one of your saved replies when answering a support ticket, click HELP DESK > TICKETS from the left sidebar, then open the ticket you wish to respond to. Click Saved Replies from the bottom of the reply box. Your saved responses will automatically populate the reply box.
5. Select or search through your saved responses—once your save reply populates the response box, click the SEND arrow.
